“With my work I aim to convey a sense of perpetual loneliness and the fragility of human existence. I do so by depicting individuals in isolated environments or in intimate, introspective poses. My images explore personal solitude, where subjects appear disconnected from their surroundings, prompting the viewer to reflect on the emotional layers behind their isolation. I see myself as a collector of things in different forms, objects, moments, sentiments. The central aim of my practice is to capture them in a way that reveals the fragility and vulnerability that ties my work together.”
